The Sport Diet was created for you. Between the first and second training it is worth to think about a healthy and properly balanced diet. Paying attention to the caloric value of your meals can be tiring, especially if you prefer to devote your free time to exercises.

Our nutritionists made sure that you don’t need to worry about it. The prepared diet includes diverse meals, balanced on the basis of carbohydrates with the supplementation of necessary amount of protein and fats. In the diet you will find products from all food groups, including various kinds of meat, fish, eggs, dairy, cereal products, vegetables and fruit. Additionally, each breakfast includes a tasty cocktail, which is a perfect pre/post workout meal.

We offer four caloric values: 2000 kcal, 2500 kcal, 3000 kcal and 4000 kcal, which always consist of five meals. If you are not sure which caloric option to choose, contact our nutritionists.

WHEN DO WE DELIVER YOUR DIET?

Our drivers deliver sets from Sunday  to  Thursday In the case of weekend orders, we provide catering for two days, Friday and Saturday , depending on the selected area. The hours chosen in the form are preferred and may slightly differ from the reality. However, we will do our utmost to deliver your set in the selected time period. Usually our delivery start 4 pm each day . 

Every day you will get a  message when delivery it’s on the way .

Every day we deliver with the same refrigeration sequence. While using our deliveries, you can be sure that your diet is kept refrigerated from the time of production to the moment of contactless delivery at your door. All the cars we use to make deliveries fulfil current health and safety requirements.

Food packing

are champion in transition to a circular economy with
industry-leading products made from plants. This
products range is predominantly made from renewable
materials and certified compostable.
We are switching to BioPak packaging, in conjunction
with a waste collection service solution, to divert their
food and packaging waste from landfill and convert it
into nutrient-rich compost. These sugarcane bagasse
containers are microwave-safe and oven friendly up to 220°C for 20 mins.
