It's getting warmer and you can no longer look at meals full of rice, meat, porridge and cakes.
We have something perfect for you in the summer. The summer diet is composed of very light meals, in this menu there is a lot of fruits , yogurts, smoothies, cold and warm soups, colorful salads and main courses.
The daily package includes a light breakfast, smoothie, salad, main course and last meal before bed .
Of course, everything is selected according to calories the diet is appropriately matched to the body's needs and calories selected .

1 Raspberry straciatella.
2 Mango smoothie (with mint ,lime ,coconut milk ,maca powder ) .
3 Sweet potato fries with fresh salad (Greek salad served ) with chicken katsu .
4 Cali-flower and Brussels sprouts soup with parsley .
5 Strawberry berry juice with chia’s seeds .
