The  5-day juice and soup  diet consists in giving up conventional food, which we replace with soup and smoothie . All our juices and smoothies are pressed from real sheep, vegetables and herbs from selected and proven suppliers. We never add chemicals, water or aromas to our juices. The juice contains only products created by nature, so they can also be consumed by the youngest.

Each day is a set of juices with completely different properties (there are different compositions of fruits, vegetables, herbs), which should be consumed at equal intervals. On each juice (on the label) there is its number. The  5-day juice diet is the fruit of our 3 years of experience in the freshly squeezed juice industry in the form of diets. Now we can confidently say that we know your taste and expectations. This knowledge has helped us to create the perfect diets - extremely tasty and effective.

For who is the  5-days juice  and soup diet for?

The 5-day juice diet is aimed primarily at people who want to lose weight and feel a boost of energy. Proper preparation for the diet combined with the 5-days juice diet will give you wings and help you reduce weight. This diet is also an ideal option for people who want to introduce healthy habits into their lives, i.e. eat regularly, giving up processed foods. Our clients point to stomach reduction as an additional benefit.

Juice diet 5 days composition

The 5-day juice diet consists of juices with a capacity of 360 ml. Every day you drink 3 of them at as even intervals as possible. The  5-day juice diet provides less than 1173 kcal per day and is ideal for people who want to reduce their weight.  It's important not to skip any juice, drink as much water as possible and don't snack we add two soup usually pack of vegetables to make you feel full and warm your stomach .

WHEN DO WE DELIVER YOUR DIET?

Our drivers deliver sets from Sunday  to  Thursday In the case of weekend orders, we provide catering for two days, Friday and Saturday , depending on the selected area. The hours chosen in the form are preferred and may slightly differ from the reality. However, we will do our utmost to deliver your set in the selected time period. Usually our delivery start 4 pm each day . 

Every day you will get a  message when delivery it’s on the way .

Every day we deliver with the same refrigeration sequence. While using our deliveries, you can be sure that your diet is kept refrigerated from the time of production to the moment of contactless delivery at your door. All the cars we use to make deliveries fulfil current health and safety requirements.
